I saw the Sanitair ad on facebook and did some research. I then contacted them, they were responsive and then I got a call from Clint at Sanitair Sutherland. An absolute rock star. Arrived on time, we had three units done with their Premium Split System Clean service. Wow, they now function like the first day we turned them on – that was 5 years ago and they’d never been cleaned except for the filter which we cleaned every 2-3 months. We’ve made a diary note and will have Clint back again in April 2021 to complete the Standard Split System Clean on the three units. We can’t recommend Sanitair and Clint enough.

I had Clint do a premium clean on 3 split aircon units. He was easy to contact, punctual and did a thorough job cleaning all the grime and mould from the aircons. Also a very friendly and nice guy to deal with who takes the time to answer any questions you may have on what he’s doing. Great job and will get him to come back when the aircon needs a clean again.

Clint from Sanitair SUTHERLAND is a fantastic operator, so efficient, I couldn’t believe the gunk that came out (black mold) I had been really congested and so sick from the invisible spores for over 2 weeks before I found the terrible black mold on the filters, I cleaned the filters but it goes deeper than that as it grows in the fins & inside the Unit we can not get to. My AC is running so good now and peace of mind to know he has completely eradicated the mold.
It truly pays to have your air conditioner cleaned professionally by Clint annually. I will be educating my friends on my experience and recommending/drilling them to do an annual clean with Sanitair.
