Chris Phillips is your local Exclusively Authorised Sanitair® Technician servicing Port Stephens NSW.
I am the Sanitair technician for the Port Stephens, Great Lakes, Dungog and
Gloucester areas.
Prior to joining the Sanitair team, I had been a local oyster farmer my entire working life. This new venture has given me a new outlook on work. I get to meet new and interesting people and no more 2 am starts on freezing winter mornings is just one of the many bonuses.
I am married with two children, both girls so I am outnumbered in the house but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My interests include golf, surfing, fishing, camping and pretty much anything outdoors.
Our team offer experienced service for the unique requirements for both residential and commercial facilities in compliance with AS/NZS 3666 Microbial Control and DA19 Standards including AIRAH Best practice standards and guidelines.
Certified Nationally Accredited – Mould Testing Assessors.
IICRC – Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification – Certified Firm
IAQA – Indoor Air Quality Association – Corporate Member

Port Stephens is located in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. An easy two-and half-hours drive north of Sydney via the Pacific Highway (M1) and just over an hour’s flight from Brisbane or Melbourne. With it’s combination of sandy beaches, national park lands and rugged coastline, Port Stephens is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, or an idyllic beach getaway location hosting 26 golden beaches and beautiful inlets. Swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, surfing, local produce and quality wines and craft beers are just a few of the popular activities enjoyed by locals and visitors.
